The Guajillo Chile is the dried form of Marisol chili and is used in marinades, salsa, butters, adobos and tamale salsa. Slightly tannic with a medium-low sweet heat. Guajillo's heat (rating 2,500 to 5,000 on the Scoville scale) is considered mild to medium.
