Billy's Chili
Ingredients
1 tbsp Chipotle Powder
1 bag (16oz) Cooked shrimp tail off
1 box spaghetti pasta (or Fettuccini)
2 tbsp of butter
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 package cream cheese (we like Philadelphia)
1 tsp cumin (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tbsp of Billy's Chicken Soup (Base)
Directions
In a 3 qt covered saucepan with boiling water, add half a tbsp of butter and boil your pasta for 20 minutes. Once it’s done, drain and put aside for later.
In another pan, add a tbsp of butter and cook the shrimp for about 10-15 minutes.
Add two tbsp of Philadelphia cream cheese, one cup of Heavy Whipping Cream, half a tbsp of Billy's Chicken Soup (Base) and a tbsp of Chipotle powder and blend until the ingredients become a smooth consistency.
In a 3 qt covered saucepan (could be the same saucepan used to boil the pasta) pour in your mixed sauce and pasta. Mix well.
Once your shrimp are done cooking, add them to your pasta! Grab yourself a plate and sprinkle some Chipotle powder for an extra kick of flavor! Enjoy!
