The recipe uses redfish, ancho powder, jalapenos, cilantro and is served on warmed corn tortillas. However, any white "flaky" fish will work. Tilapia is our go to when we don't have Redfish.

Ingredients
1 pound redfish or flaky white fish
1/4 cup canola oil
1 lime (squeezed for juice)
1 tablespoon Ancho Chili Powder
1 jalapeno chopped
8 flour tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place fish in a dish
Mix together canola oil, lime juice, ancho chili powder, jalapeno and pour of fish for 15-20 minutes.
Remove fish from mixture and place on a baking sheet (oiled or on parchement paper)
Bake for 30 minuites or until done
